Appointments Policy

APPOINTMENTS POLICY

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Some appointments may require a deposit as the services may take longer appointment blocks. Your stylist will discuss this at the time of booking your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and have to pay our no-show fee + reschedule.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If that's the case, we kindly request that you give us at least 24 hours' notice prior to your appointment time. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients who may be waiting.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at 561-391-3108 or use our online booking system to make the changes.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, we may charge you a fee or require a deposit for future appointments. The fee or deposit amount will vary depending on the service and the length of the appointment that you had booked.

No-shows will be subject to the same policy as cancellations, and we reserve the right to refuse service to clients who repeatedly fail to show up for their appointments.

Thank you for understanding and for helping us to ensure that our salon runs smoothly and efficiently for all of our valued clients.

SERVICE GUARANTEE & REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let us know during your service or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections and if there was a fault on our side, we will fix our work. Our policy is NO money refunds due to the product and time we provide. After 48 Hours, due to policy, no free corrections can be provided. If you buy Product or Hair extensions with us we have a NO-refunds policy due to health codes.

 

HEALTH HISTORY

For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

PRIVACY POLICY

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide to us in any way. In addition, we collect the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet including: login information, email address, password, computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information including: name, email address, passwords, communications, payment details, comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations and personal profile information.

 

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as a part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons pertaining to your order or interaction with our shop only and will not be shared or sold to any other party.

We collect personal and non-personal information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate our services;

  2. To provide our users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  3. To be able to contact our visitors and users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

  4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred non-personal information which we may use to provide and improve our respective services;

  5. To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

WITHDRAW OF CONSENT

If you would like to access, correct, amend or withdraw any personal information we have about you, you are invited to contact us at hairlashbrow@icloud.com. Please include your name and email address and include any changes or removal of information you would like. We will send you back a confirmation of your preferred changes.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make changes to this policy, we will highlight changes or modifications so that you are aware of information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.  

 

PAYMENT INFORMATION

HLB is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind firewalls.

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the strict standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help to ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and it’s service providers.

 

COMMUNICATION

We may contact you regarding your account to troubleshoot problems, resolve any issue or dispute, in regards to payment issues or monies owed on your account, to poll opinions or send  surveys, to send updates or any other information in regards to our company or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our user agreement, applicable national laws or any other agreement we may have with you. For these purposes, we may contact you via email or postal mail. Neither our company nor Wix.com will ever contact you to collect payment or monies owed via telephone or text message. All contact in regards to your account will be in writing via email or postal mail only.
