We opened our doors in 2021 with a mission to enhance the natural beauty of our clients and offer a high end, one-of-a-kind salon experience. Located in Boca Raton, Florida, our full-service salon offers an array of services including blow outs, hair cuts + color, hair and lash extensions, brow artistry, skin care, makeup, permanent makeup, and more.
Growing our roots from our sister salon, Hair Lash and Brow in Port Jefferson, New York, each one of our expert stylists value the very best in customer service, professionalism and training, and strive to offer our clients a unique experience from the moment they step foot in our salon to the moment they leave, and beyond.

Kenzie Rae Russo
owner + hair stylist
Kenzie has been in the industry for over 7 years. In 2021, she moved to Boca Raton, Florida to open Hair, Lash & Brow Boca.
Kenzie is a Certified Lash Technician, Licensed Cosmetologist and one of our pro HLB Academy trainers.
Along with her passion for beauty, Kenzie's goal is to educate others in the industry and provide a home at HLB for both her employees and clients. Her in demand artistry is reflected in her work.
Nancy Piazza
body artist + trainer
Nancy has been in the beauty industry for over twenty years. She is an educator, stylist and body artist.
In 2017 Nancy opened our sister salon, Hair, Lash and Brow Spa, in the Village of Port Jefferson, New York. Her mission: enhance the natural beauty of her clients while giving them a serene and relaxing environment to get pampered.
She has created a home at HLB not just for herself, but for her stylists and clients alike.
